In this class explore the use of sound to deepen your connection with mind, body and spirit. Learn step by step through call and response Vedic chants. Integrate movement, breath and sound to deepen your experience.

 Key features of the Viniyoga approach include emphasis on the breath, adaptation of postures to meet individual needs, combining breath with movement, and repetition in and out of postures before staying in the posture.  Viniyoga includes the full spectrum of yoga teachings including seated breathing practices and meditation.
